I wanted to share my experience; doctor Carolina and Katy are awesome, they are extremely polite and they do an outstanding job! – However, they lack a bit of customer service (Marta) – I went the first time for a promotion (USD 100) which includes RX, exam and cleaning. I was so happy that I sent my wife who is pregnant. My wife did not get the RX because her pregnancy which is OK. However, they did not offer any discount nor showed any interest to do so hence they charged her with USD 100. I called Marta to suggest them about the extra discount due the fact that they did not do the RX but I noticed she did not like my suggestion nor offered a discount due I was not happy at all. I think they need to improve theirs customer service in order to deserve a 5 start rating so I decided to rate them with 4 start BUT the DOCTORS are 5 start for sure! – I dare to say they are the best doctors I have ever seen in my life!

Katty is an amazing dentist. Her patient care manners are exceptional. As soon as I entered the office, I felt this sense of professionalism and excellent care. The office is spotless and the place is beautifully decorated. The staff is warm and welcoming. Katty was welcoming, caring and meticulous in her work. She listened to me with patience and asked questions that helped me. She explained the procedure with much appreciated detail. The dental room was superb. They even had a calming background music. I felt like I’m in a spa. My girls and I loved it. I highly recommend this dental office.

When I get to this office I feel a very peaceful ambient and enjoy the clean environment with great people working in an extraordinary professional way. I feel like if I am with family here. Thank you for being so friendly and following up all the time with me about my dental health!

KK Dental is the best dentist in Florida! All the employees are very friendly, and I was very satisfied with my visit. I look foward to my next appointment.
