The first time I went I waited 30min just to be shown a few slabs of granite. Decided to go back buy from there anyway just out of convenience. I drove 40min on my Saturday morning only to arrive and find them closed even though their sign said open. Called and no answer, knocked on the door and nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tons of other places in the area will treat you better. Move on

Horrible experience, don’t waste your time or money with them, who are these people and how do they stay in business… I walked away after tired of being waiting and got my granite slabs (plural like many muchas) crossing the street. Not sure if they care that neither.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at Keys Granite was so appalling, I felt the need to warn future customers about what to expect when coming to this place for business. First off, to be fair, I was warmly greeted by someone who I think is named Jeanette. She came down from one of the upper floors & stated that “she wanted to meet me in person.” I felt welcomed by her smile and personal greeting. I assumed that the rest of the experience that would carry over with the sales rep would follow the same friendly and welcoming corporate culture. I was wrong. The sales lady who was tasked to handle my granite selection need made me feel that I wasn’t welcome since I wasn’t a contractor. She was rude, borderline combative, and completely lacked the social skill set I would think someone should have when in the sales business, especially when dealing with high end and expensive luxury materials like fine granite for kitchen remodeling. When I asked to see their selection of slabs of the granite I wanted, she immediately conveyed to me that “they were all the same and there is no need to see them individually.” She made me feel I was wasting her and my time when I, fairly and respectfully, insisted that I take a look at the specific pieces I wanted to purchase. She allowed me to look at the slabs, but you could see in her body language, voice tonality, annoyed facial expression, that she didn’t want me to. She made it a point to mention a few times that they normally only service contractors. Maybe smaller orders for personal home improvement projects in her mind are beneath her is the only thing I can think of that would warrant such a cold and unwelcoming response from a sales rep of any industry. I am just one person, and maybe my experience going to be an isolated one. She may have just been having a bad day and this bad experience with her simply an unfortunate byproduct, or maybe this is how non contractors like myself, the small guy, are treated at Keys Granite regularly. Either way, it was a memorably bad business experience, bad enough to motivate me to write this review.
