Kubo Play- Kids Party Place Miami

So disappointed after being a customer of Kubo for over two years, celebrating my child’s two past birthdays there, posting good reviews about the place and referring new customers (family members and friends), that Kubo has let me down this time. I booked this year’s birthday and paid the required deposit, however the event had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. They ignored my phone calls and emails of over a month. When they finally answered, Kubo refused to do the reasonable and right thing to do and return my deposit due to this cancellation. Unfortunately, using my deposit for next year, as Kubo proposed, is not a possibility due to personal circumstances and family arrangements disclosed with them. They keep on failing to understand that I did not cancel or chose the cancellation of this event, that instead the event was cancelled and they were not able to provide the service that I signed a contract for and paid for. So sad that Kubo chooses to keep (or “steal” for lack of a better word) its loyal customers’ money and holds back from doing the reasonable, ethical and correct thing to do under this global COVID-19 crisis that is affecting everybody. Stay away from this unethical company that only cares about its profits 🙁

Bravo! This Playroom was perfect for my children. I was not expecting this place would be this lovely. Their people were very friendly, helpful, and understandable throughout the day. I will never look for another Playroom again for sure. I will strongly recommend this place to all of my colleagues and relatives as well.

This place is pretty nice great for a small kids party plenty of food and fun for the kids lots of space and also alot of help I’ll definitely be planning a party for my daughter here in the near future

Went there to celebrate a friend’s bday party. The place is great, clean and the staff was nice and attentive. The entertainment for the kids was also very good.

Love the place because it’s your own party and no one else! We celebrate my granddaughter 1st b day yesterday and it was great!
The only thing I would have to suggest is that they should play more kids music specially when they are doing the games with them
