LA Fitness

The condition of the machines is horrendous.In the cardio station every single one is rusty (all of them!). Some are leveled with napkins. All the weights are disorganized at the point that you cannot find the second one that matches (it happens to me always). I have tried going very early in the morning or at night, the floor is always dirty regardless. I have been in many LA Fitness in different cities and states. I could not believe the condition of the machines and the location in general on this one. Unfortunately, LAF at Doral is the nearest to my current location. It is so frustrating paying for such a mess.

I go there and close to my work so I just go there for 45 mins workout. The machines look nice but hard to get the low weight dumbbells and its all over. The shower area need more cleaning. The carpets to be replaced, the lockers are very old and to be replaced and need paper towels and liquid to wipe the machine. The basic gym stuffs are missing.

Willie helped me and my friend out . I trained there and enjoyed it there . Most people were friendly. We didn’t speak spanish but had no problems . Thank you to Willie and LA fitness

I am rating this two stars, and feel like I am being generous. This place should be maintained a little more, and should have a cap to membership or capacity during peak hours. It becomes annoying for members to go and have to wait 30-40 minutes for certain machines. Also, there has been a stationary cycle upstairs that has been in the same condition for a little over 2 years. It works when it wants to and has rust all over.

For a company the size of LA fitness, they should do better for their members.

A clean ample get there work out get out facility. Easy parking. Equipment has a just enough space in between.
Machines and equipment is in good condition.
Locker room doesn’t look that new or updated, all you need. Make sure to have a decent size lock. Sauna was in working condition, no steam room and decent showers.
Staff is professional.
Parking is ample easy off street, make sure to not leave valuables as with any parking lot.
