We were looking for good recliners. I said we should try La-Z-Boy, they are a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. We were greeted by Ricardo, he introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for. It was such a pleasure working with Ricardo, he was not pushy and listened to what we wanted. He didn’t show us anything we didn’t ask to see. Again not pushy. We picked our two chairs out and completing the paperwork and setting delivery was so easy. Thank you for making our visit so easy and fun Ricardo.

I purchased a Greyson recliner in May 2019. I had issues with the positioning of the recliner & the padding. I thought maybe being brand new that the padding may adapt to the way I sat being a heavy padded chair. It became worse and I had passed my window of opportunity for exchange. I called lazy boy since I purchased the 5 year service plan to see if they would do something to help. They sent a tech to my home. He repadded the chair and did what he could for the alignment. Very nice man. Courteous & professional. He told me if I had further problems to contact the care center. I called back & even though by now I’ve had the chair 6 months they said they would contact the store where I purchased the recliner and see what could be arranged. My sales lady’s name is Madelyn. I can’t remember when I have been treated with such genuine kindness. She told me she was going to do everything she could do to help me and she would call me later that day. I wrote the whole thing off right there. If we all had a dime for the times we’ve heard that we would be rich. I left the store 10 minutes later she called me to reassure me she meant what she said. Called me a couple hours later to set up a time when they could bring the chair I had picked out at the store before things became confused about pricing. Thank you Madelyn. You are an absolute angel 😇. She said she was going to do everything she could and she stuck by her word. If you go to Lazy Boy on Flagler in Miami , Florida please do yourself a favor and ask for her. She is wonderful
