All staff here at Lakeside Memorial Park have been so compassionate and understanding. They provided caring and prompt assistance to my family during the difficult and emotional time following the death of my mother. Thank You Michel Grossman and other staff for all your help!

I referred a client to Joy Klein for prepaid funeral service. My client later thanked me for the introduction. Joy was very thorough, patient and caring. She made the whole process easy.

I had a terrible experience today

I got there and was a worker at the gate , I asked him if he was closing , he told me yes , so I asked for only one minute, my family graves are very close to the main gate, so I drove in, I spent there no even 2 minutes , I turned around , and I was locked out.
It was CRAZY!driving all around the cemetery The office front door was closed, I couldn’t find the worker anywhere,I thought I have to call the police to take me out of there, so I went to the side door and this one was unlocked, a Jewish man
told me they close at 4:30pm I don’t understand why so early is summer time. But what bothered me the most, if the worker, I asked him for one minute and still he locked the gate.I don’t have my plot yet,now I should think twice before buying here

After reading these reviews I’m wondering if this is the same place. On August 5th my partner passed away. A friend went with me to Lakeside and the compassion, empathy and yes love I felt from the staff (Charles, Michele, Ken, and Sean) and helped me through every step of the way. The service was perfect, my partner looked beautiful — Thank you guys for giving me a moment to be with her before the service started. I have nothing but love for Lakeside Memorial Park. Not once I felt like I was being oversold or up sold. My wishes and requested were respected and fulfilled. So, to the haters who wrote in horrible reviews I do not know who you dealt with but it was certainly not the wonderful people I engaged.
