Las Vistas At Doral

If I could give this place less stars, I would. The level of professionalism by the office is absolutely zero. The associations is crooked and corrupt. Parking spots are not within size guidelines, the elevators are not properly maintained and sound like they are going to get stuck every time you go in them. The place floods and becomes a real lake drive. The pool closes early, half the machines in the gym don’t work. If you are looking to move here, don’t. Look for another place.

Horrible. Lived there 2 years. Private owned apartments and my landlords were great. But just terrible office staff. Rude and snide and unable to handle simple issues. So unpleasant. Association acts like it’s the Ritz when it’s budget apartments.

The landscape and irrigation are currently being fixed. The buildings have been painting and the roofs have been changed. The trees are being trimmed in preparedness for hurricane season. Excellent location in the heart of miami, parking decal or permit is necessary in order to leave your car overnight or they will tow it away. If you do not have a permit to park they will tow it away.

Feels like Hialeah, but in Doral. Property Manager’s also make it feel like you’re in Hialeah. Had a employee (not security) awkwardly approach my wife where she lived and followed her for us only to realize that he was actually an employee. Still don’t know if he’s an employee. If you have to live here – it works – if you don’t, pay the extra and literally live anywhere else in Doral.
