Awfull customer service. I dont know if anybody is supervising what goes on, but its as bad as I have ever seen. I respectfully asked for information from the receptionist and she would compltely ignore my questions. I was told on several occassions I would get a call back to answer important questions that I had, and nobody from their office ever called me back. The receptionist is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.
