I was in the miami dolphin mall lindt store on March 7, 2020 @ 12:30pm with my siblings (party of 4) we were helped by a very pleasant store attendant (She). first I bought a 250gr bag and my sister was still picking out her choices. I told my sister that she could try one if she wanted to, cause there is nowhere in the store that indicate no sampling. Another extremely rude store attendant (he) came from the back and told my sister when she was paying for her 250gr bag, how she would like to pay for THAT ONE piece that she sampled!!!!!!! We were all in shock and she said she will pay it cash 0,70ct!!! I am a regular Lindt customer and WILL NEvER EVEr return to this store!!!! That Dude was sooooo rude!!! I mean we spent $36,- on chocolates and you charged us for ONE sample!!! I hope you really got a good use for the commission on that 0,70 sale!!!!

Very clean store. Very pretty store. While I wouldn’t bring young children here myself because they will want EVERYTHING!! It’s a child’s heaven…

Absolutely loved this place! Great selection of chocolate and European candy. Their dark chocolate is beyond amazing.

The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. They have all the flavours and types of Lindt chocolate that you can think of – plus they sell by the pound and in ready packaged boxes. Decent place to bring kids to let them make their own assortment of chocolate packs. They’ll love it.

I came into the store for Valentine’s Day to buy a NICE gift with a NICE box. I purchased $50 in chocolate because the ADVERTISEMENT said I would get it wrapped in a nice box with a ribbon!

I gave the chocolates to staff who charged me, and then I was given a cheap paper bag with the chocolates inside. Not even tissue, no ribbon and clearly not a box. Just a cheap paper box, Aldi has better bags than these people.

I complained and was told no refunds, and no boxes are available. The staff never told me that they ran out of boxes months ago. I asked for the box that was on display for CHEAPER chocolates and staff said that he can’t because it’s not for my chocolate. I am annoyed that the staff didn’t tell me before charging me $50 for some chocolates. No manager on site by the way! Waited 10 minutes in line cause there was only one guy working.
