Can’t complain about the store too much when I go there feels good.
The only complain is customer service for people like me. I’m not good at this things about fixing things. I need help and most of the time is no body available. Outside of this I like the store.

Item that I was looking for was supposedly in stock at this store and two others. Couldn’t find it. First store, the employee and I looked for it for a few minutes, nothing, wasn’t where the computer indicated or anywhere else. Next store supposedly had two in stock, went there, nothing. Same at the third one. Please update your inventory.

I am not happy about not getting my service, I paid for. They did not return to install and remove as was advised by a store manager. Also advised that another manager did not look on the log to make sure the delivery was kept by the next day, now it’s three days this is an inconvenience to me in this emergency time of need.

Online order for pick up the same day: Better off going in person and shopping for yourself. All the employees are lost and they don’t even have the order ready, when on the email clearly says ready for pick up… never again. [Been at the store waiting for 1 item about 2 hours already]

A lot of merchandise blocking multiple aisles and only one cashier for the whole store besides the self check outs at 6PM on a Saturday. Parking is good but not well lit. The bathroom is clean but the auto water fossetts work intermittently. The gardening section is well organized and has a great selection of plants. Last, all the items we bought were covered in a black gray dust leaving our hands really dirty.
