One of the best place to go shopping. Ether for you or the whole family. Always a wonderful expireance always a great time.

Of I could give this store Zero stars I would do it without a doubt.
I would say this has been by far the worse experience I’ve had with Macy’s.
I purchased a Michael Kors purse and it came defective. when tried to return it they gave me the run around and weren’t able to help me.
Delia the manager who I dealt with seemed overwhelmed and had no intentions in helping me further.
Everyone in the store has an attitude. They will smile at you and offer their help when is time for them to sell but is not the same when ( the client ) has an issue.
Very poor customer service. This store is a total shame.
So do yourselves a favor… if you need any help in returning/ exchanging don’t even bother going to this store because they won’t help you.

It’s a beautiful place to go. I personally recommend it very much. You will like it a lot. You can do a lot of things there, specially fun things. Prices are pretty good, very competitive compared to other markets. Qualities is excellent!

This Macy’s is one of the best in all Miami, if not the best. They have all the brands our family enjoys and very good prices in all items. It’s big, so it never gets overcrowded. Customer service is very good considering we are in Miami. Recommended

Macy’s at International Mall is a great place to shop for clothing and many other items. I was impressed with the size and selection of all of the items in this store. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that you can find what you need and that you have a great shopping visit. I was able to find a lot of different items here. Great store.
