Arnel did an exceptional job in the design and installation of the glass bathroom doors that I purchased. I highly recommend him.

If you are here you are either smart or have already been screwed over. Unfortunately Arnel is very unprofessional. He is extremely unreliable and will never meet his own deadlines. Your project or design will linger long past the promised delivery, and then past all of the times you have been nice enough to believe his excuses. If you end up with a finished product check it over real well, most likely it will be damaged. He makes the experience an extremely aggravating and disappointing road to go down when all you want to do is design your space. Good luck!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not do business with Mastery Glass Design! Do not sign his contract. Make sure YOU are protected. It is very one sided and Arnel Lopez is not a man of his word. He promised work completion in 3 weeks (which was substantially longer than my project required) and after 5 weeks and multiple install dates cancelled and excuses made, he never completed my project. I had to go with another company. Deposit lost. Time lost. But, very valuable lesson learned.

Let’s be clear .. First, I deleted my post in error when I was trying to post pics, which is why I re-posted my review. Second, I took you to small claims court for not delivering/providing the bathroom vanity mirrors I hired you to produce, even after waiting 5 weeks. I did lose the case not because I “did not follow directions” or “understand the contract”, but because having never had to take anyone to court, I was not aware of the process nor that I would only have one chance to explain my case. I thought the judge would ask questions and make inquires to get to the truth, which did not occur. The judge DID NOT state anything about me being “uncooperative or difficult”, that is just another one of your lies. Lastly, the “difficult and unprofessional” person in this matter is YOU, which I have several text messages proving it, including the most recent one you sent me making threats and trying to intimidate me.

The work honestly speaks for itself. I had a custom mirror done by MGD and I cannot wait to do our next project with them. Their work is so unique and tailored to your style, truly perfection! So refreshing to see a piece that is not your common everyday or just something that everyone else has!

They are very professional, responsive and the owner himself oversees the work.

Arnel did a good job on the door, but doesn’t answer calls to fix the single item in the punch list.
