When I came to see the number of mattresses in this store, I instantly came to the shopkeeper and started asking me thousands of questions about what I need. And when I said that I came here to buy nothing he shouted at me and said: “It is not good to waste my time”.

My experience in buying a mattress with this company has been one of the worse buying experiences in my life. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. It can happen to you. They sold me an inferior mattress, they lied about their satisfaction guarantee policy and completely disrespected the delivery times. I took time from work to expect the delivery only to call and find out that they had no intention on delivering when they promised. The customer service person simply SCREAMED at me through the phone and insulted me. I couldn’t get a refund from their services but I did cancel the exchange. I rather lose $500 than to give these people ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER. Save yourselves, your money and go somewhere else. You’d be glad you did.
