This company was hired to provided buses for our daughters high school class trip to an Orlando theme park. They left at 11 AM to be at the park by 4. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the school less than 2 miles away, one of the buses broke down. Rather than call for another bus to come and replace the broken bus, they said they were sending a mechanic to fix a broken belt that was “an easy fix”. 2 hours later with the young ladies sitting in a field on the side of the road, the mechanic still hadn’t arrived. 3 hours later the finally decided send a smaller replacement bus. It’s incredible that a company would plan and react so poorly in such a situation. It’s not like the buses were on the turnpike in the middle of nowhere and difficult to reach. Their representatives provided only excuses and no solutions delaying the trip unnecessarily. Based on this experience I would give 0 stars if it were possible and would not be able to recommmend this company to anyone who values realibility and responsiveness.

Horrible service, takes 2 hours to get here.

Our first grade classes from WestGate K8 in Port St Lucie traced on buses to Legoland. Our driver James was excellent and we had a wonderful trip there and back. Thanks so much!!!
