MegaJump Doral Trampoline Park and Laser Tag

Fun place for kids Birthday Party. We had our own room. The kids had a Blast. There are massage chairs that Adults really enjoyed while watching kids have fun

I had my daughters 6th birthday party at MegaJump and everything was just amazing. The staff at the front desk was very nice and answered all of the millions of questions I had since the beginning of my booking process. They had a lot of staff constantly monitoring the kids and my party hosts Katherine, Anthony, Natalie, & Gustavo were phenomenal. I was able to enjoy my party while they attended my guests. We also did the laser tag, and ended up doing an Adults only Laser Tag session which we LOVED! I would recommend this place 100%. My Daughter loved it, and everyone could not stop talking about the Neon Themed Party. We will definitely be back.

Well, I totally believe the bad reviews about terrible customer service. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to book a Laser Tag b-day party for my kid with MegaJump. 1st… the website is terrible and provides no prices or package info for parties. 2nd… nobody answers the phone to inquire about packages and pricing, nor do they answer the message left on their voicemail. 3rd… I wrote emails to inquire about packages and prices and its been 2 months now… zero reply. Either this place is a front to launder money or they have no clue on how to run a business. By my experience and the reviews I see on here, I don’t see them lasting too long. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such terrible service for booking a party. If zero stars was an option, they would earn it. I will not even go there to use the facilities on a normal day.

I took my business to Rocket World who have had excellent customer service. Rocket World had an excellent website with all the information I needed, even booked it online. Rocket World took my phone call for additional questions, and have called me back AND emailed me to make sure I am fully accommodated. Kudos Rocket World! MegaJump sucks!!!!

Very good place for kids to play, jump and do some physical activity. The place is not huge but it has enough to entertain kids of up to 10 years old I would say. It is not expensive and… it doesn’t have any entertainment for parents! Meaning: beer or the like to spend the time while they play. But it is very good for kids if you don’t wanna spend too much and they can play and stay away from electronics for a while!

Excellent place for kids to have a lot of fun. We celebrated my son’s birthday at MegaJump and had a great time. I had 30 kids of different ages (from 3 to 15) and they all found something fun to play/jump. The park was clean and very well organized. All areas had staff coverage and it was secure. Anthony and Hayley were outstanding in terms of customer service and support. I highly recommend this place for birthdays and for kids to have a great time at any time.
