I will NEVER go back to this store EVER again. Went on Saturday to purchase a high priced phone. The staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my wife. The gentleman there was mocking what my wife was saying and laughing. We asked to use the restroom and they said to go to the ice cream shop two doors down (what kind of business is this?) We canceled our order and went to the Metro PCS store on 107th ave and 74 St in Doral. What a big difference, very professional and serious about what customer service should be like. We All come from different backgrounds, but when you are here, in America, you must offer service customer with the highest standards possible. That is why We all want to be here. Get on with the program.

The employees here are very nice and really helpful… got what I needed and left happy…they are very patient and attentive…
