Wow. I’m so happy with my purchase and delivery. I bought a large piece. A wood and glass curio 80 inches tall weighing over 200 lbs. The delivery guys, Robert and Ricky, were excellent. Right on time and very professional. The whole delivery process went as smooth as can be. Thank you so much Metropolitan.

Our furniture was delivered today by Ricky and Robert. They were very helpful and professional. We have had many deliveries to our new home by other companies and have mostly been faced with Poor attitudes and banged up boxes. I don’t usually leave reviews but had to give a shout out to Ricky and Roberts positive attitudes and great service.

Anthropologie used this company for delivery of an armoire to my apartment in Miami. Carlos called the morning of delivery and showed up right on time. The piece that my wife ordered turned out to be 400lb so Carlos had to call for some extra help. Despite the huge size of the armoire, Carlos, Ricky, Robert, and Ariel took great care getting it into the apartment and in place. They were very professional and courteous. We would definitely use Metropolitan in the future.

Got delivery yesterday of some furniture that came from Miami and NY. It was how deliveries should be made, first they call you 30 minutes before, arrive, friendly, fast and perfect. Thanks. As well to mention, had to change delivery date, was easy to call and helpful to accommodate new schedule.
