Tim was amazing. He got to my location quickly and was able to help me figure out what was going on with my Jeep. He was very knowledgeable and even had a great recommendation of where to take my Jeep to get fixed. Great customer service!

My car battery was dead in an underground garage with a 7 foot ceiling. Not only that, but both sets of keys were locked inside. Rick to the rescue. He was able to maneuver the tow truck through the maze of the garage with only 2 inches of headroom, use his tool to unlock the car, load the car onto his trailer system, and get the car to the dealership five minutes before closing. Again, Rick was amazing. If you call Miami 24-7 Tow Services, ask for him!

What a great experience I had using Miami 24-7 Tow Services! I needed my car towed but had a very difficult work schedule to work around. The driver was very understanding, and with amazingly open communication, was able to get my car where it needed to be when it needed to be there at a great price. I will definitely use Specialty again and would recommend him to all of my friends and family!
