I believe that one start is to much, I have only few months with the handbag and it’s already completely falling apart from the strap, the sad part is that you paid this amount of money for this purses and when you want to returned or even to get a replacement they policy is that you need to send it to their warehouse and you have to pay for shipping cost for the garbage that they sold you. 😡🤬 I’m very disappointed with Michael Kors products and I will not be purchasing from them anymore.
Went to 3 different store to get a replacement having my purchase receipt in hand and no one help instead they gave me a number to call so they can told me to send the bag for a strap replacement but to pay for shipping cost. Never, never again😡

The attention from the girls is good, they love helping their customers with the best services and advises, was a smart girl that knew the prices and answering like 6 people at the same time with the exact price. (First time that I see a girl so smart and fast) with a hard career like medicine she will be a good doctor for sure. Their watches looks with a high quality style and this store is so clean, and big. A lot of tourist love to buy on this store. They have good discount most of the time, and you can save a lot of money. My family love buying from here and of course they provide warranty for defective products. The store is pretty big. And they have a woman a man section in here. Just take your time and go visit this store. It is truly amazing.
