Good to find stuff to create, specially for children and handcraft. But way disorganized, didn’t found what I was looking for, plus no customer service to help. Better to order online.

This is a great craft store, you can always find what your looking for for you projects. They have very good prices. The store is clean and very well organized. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or guide you to the tools you may need for a specific project. Very happy with the service here and will defenetly visit again.

This particular Michael’s has two floors, and seems to be a mid-sized store, compared to other locations. I don’t shop at Michael’s that much, because they tend to mark up prices quite a bit. If you only need to buy one item, they frequently have coupons for 30-40% off, which brings the price down to the regular price of other stores. It is clean, well-organized, and has a decent variety of craft supplies. If you’re looking for something very specific, you will likely need to go elsewhere; but if you’re not too picky, you can find supplies for most crafts.

As and artist, art and craft stores are like toy stores for when i was a kid. Love walking in them, buying, looking at the products and just enjoying a walk through the store. Michael’s in this location is just great, never had a problem and it’s my to go store for getting sweat deals when I get inspired to create something new.

+- 49th Street is a mess on the weekends and parking (unless early) is nuts
+- Prices are a bit too high for frames

-Nothing negative to say, every of my visits have been a breeze and joyful pleasure.

So, if you’re by the area and need some art supplies, this is your store to go to.
