I had a good experience at Midway Ford. At first, I was nervous because of some of the things I saw written about it online, but I am happy with my purchase of a lightly used 2019 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible and am glad I went with Midway Ford because I got a price I wouldn’t be able to get anywhere else.

My salesman was Julio. He was super kind during the whole process, available through text and answered all of my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he didn’t hesitate to ask a manager. I think what I liked most about him was he wasn’t desperate or eager like other car salesman I’ve worked with before. He was nice, relaxed and didn’t make me feel pressured.

The next day after I purchased the car, I had to bring it back in because there was an issue with the window’s motor, and they didn’t give me any issues with replacing the part. I was in and out in about an hour and they even offered me a loaner vehicle if it would take any longer.

Overall, I’d recommend Midway Ford. Ask for Julio because he was great.

Renato Wong was my financial advisor and he was very excellent at his job. He was very attentive and was very helpful. If I ever come back to get a car at midway ford I would have him as a financial advisor again.

BIG thanks to Renato Wong, Financial Manager at Midway Ford. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable about financing options and his advice was key to me closing the deal.

Worked out a commercial deal for a Transit 250 with the sales and finance team at Midway. Nestor, Felix, and Renato Wong, the finance manager really worked hard to make sure we arrived at great deal. Very pleasant experience at the dealership. I’m grateful for the effort they put in to make it happen.

When I came in to buy a truck it was non stop calling, they treat you great. Had to go back in for a bed liner and a gas voucher. At the time of purchase a second was not given reason was said the locker was closed. Bed liner couldn’t be given because no tech was available. Till this pint my patience was OK. Went back to the dealer now I have another charge for my license plate which was paid for in the financing for the truck. My second key fob is no where to be found.
