This is our 7th year living here. Yes there are many rules but I am ok with that as the rules help maintain the aesthetic and environment of the complex.
We moved in with a 10 year old. Yes the rule is children can not play outside but I assure you this is for the safety of the children and I could not agree more. Some people aren’t watching out for children as they drive through the complex. There are plenty of parks and places for entertainment near by so it works out perfectly. Plus the pool is always open to everyone and filled with children. To my knowledge Many complexes in the area have the same rule. Rules are enforced but they are also lenient to an extent as there are ALWAYS children outside after 6pm and all day on weekends especially all summer long.
The complex & pool are well taken care of & always clean. The grass & trees are well kept. They are always working on improvements in the community and the apartments. We constantly get compliments from our guest. Noise is never an issue as the apartments were very well made. Plenty of visitors parking available. The whole complex is very well lit up at night. Rent does go up yearly as it does everywhere else but in my opinion it goes up at a reasonable rate compared to other properties.
Neighbors are friendly, polite & respectful.
We’ve never had an issue with Management or Maintenance. They are all friendly and always willing to help as quickly as possible.
Management made upgrading our apartment from a 2 bd to a 3 bd an easy and stress less process.
Yes there is a school right next door and elementry at that, I can Imagine there is some noise every morning and afternoon as it is a school and the only thing separating the school is a chain link fence. The thing is this isn’t a reason to deduct stars. IMO if you don’t like noise you should already know a school next door is going to be noisy. There is no way of hiding the school so if you moved in on the side next to the school and you hate noise, that’s really all on you.
As far as deposit returns… well there has not been one place (3 different apts) I have lived in where I ever recieved a FULL refund. I take care of the apartment and do my best to clean before moving. Still I have never recieved a full refund. I learned to never expect it back at all. We all know rentals are in the business of making money.
We have lived here for 7 yrs and my husband’s phone number with a 786 area code has always been the one we use for the front gate. Not sure why anyone else has had an issue.
Be careful..they want,no matter what, steal(robar) your money deposit. Is ok for some issues but no others. Inside is dark. No recommendation. No lo reomiendo.
Doesn’t let kids play outside terrible
horrible experience. waking up every morning to kids yelling and cars honking at the school next door. school staff yelling at people HEY YOU CANT PARK THERE!!!
you’re not allowed to have things outside in the backyard. (grill or chairs) kids are not allowed to play outside, because they have rented you the apt only. You’re not allowed to have fireworks during holidays. Can’t walk in the grass areas. if it rains bad the community gets flooded.
we cleaned up everything before leaving sadly we left a bottle of soda and a bag inside the fridge. and a microfiber pad by the entrance because it was raining and I wanted to leave the floor clean without footprints. They charged me 100 for cleaning. they took pictures of the soda bootle and the pad but they didn’t took pictures of the rooms or the floors. we left everything clean. and it really pissed me off and this why I’m writing this review. I complained about this, they told I can open a case for a refund but I think they need those 100 more than me.
good luck if your moving there.
THEY KEEP THE KIDS IN PLACE HERE AND I LOVE IT TO
