Drove out there for warranty service and they could not help out and claimed that the tool was working fine. I’m not going to drive 20+ miles to take a tool that is working fine. The guy at the front desk was not helpful at all.

I purchased and adactable bolt cutter ( the small one) about $76 with tax only to find that home Depot has the set for $99…. And Amazon had an tool bag that I want for $45 less than they did. Not the best place to get Milwaukee tools in my opinion. Home Depot and Amazon have best deals and warranty too that they claim you don’t get if you buy elsewhere.
