I called to make an appointment for today at 9:00 am as I have an event , they confirmed my appointment, showed up at 9:00 am and salon was closed. Waited until 9:30 am and nothing, called and texted and nothing back. Now it’s the day of my event and I have no one to do my hair. Super unprofessional, if they would’ve called me yesterday and told me no one could do my hair this morning, I would’ve done it last night.

I called to get an appointment to get my nails done, the person who gets the phone was very rude, she didn’t even said hello and then she hanged the phone. I asked to know if they made acrylic nails and she answered me that they have them but they don’t have appointments today. If they’re like that by the phone I don’t want to imagine hoy they are in their salon. Never gonna called again or even make an appointment there.
