This company lacks adequate training for handling furniture once is packed and ready to be out of your home to place in the overseas container. They use La Rosa Del Monte once the furniture gets here to the USA. So it’s hard to know where the blame comes from when you received damaged furniture. Received badly damaged furniture and can’t get no one responsible for it.

The WORST moving company in the world. 2 Months and they couldn’t find my $2,000 mattress. Broke my dresser and damaged my sofa. Worst customer service ever. Over Charged me and took forever to deliver. BEWARE Monti and Rosa del Monte are the same company. They both scammers. I only put 1 star because I couldn’t go lower.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IN CERTAIN DAY THEIR SERVICES ARE VERY SLOW TAKE 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE FROM PUERTO RICO TO MIAMI AND I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW WHEN THE MERCHANDISE ARRIVE TO SEE THE CONDITIONS. I HEAR THAT LOT OF PEOPLE MISSING MERCHANDISE AND PERSONAL ITEMS THEY DON’T CALL YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHERE ARE YOUR CARGO VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.
