I bank at the Pinecrest location, both as a deposit account and as the member of another credit union in another state. I have always received amazing customer service. I may not always like a bank policy but the team there always explains and they even offer different solution if at all possible. The fact that they are open late on Fridays and also on Saturdays is a wonderful perk of banking at this credit union!

Constant issues with being able to access your money. Deposits are put on “bank hold” for weeks at a time with no resolutions and fees always incurred. Customer service is atrocious.
