Mi punto de contacto fue Freddy. Desde el primer contacto senti que podia confiar en que el proceso de repatriacion desde Florida a Colombia, estaba en muy buenas manos. El tuvo completa disponibilidad para todas las preguntas que mi familia y yo teniamos. Cada llamada era respondida inmendiatamente y oportunamente.
El tramite de repatriacion de un cuerpo puede sonar como algo extremadamente complicado, pero Freddy y el resto de los miembros de Naser Global y sus partners en Colombia, hicieron el proceso mucho mas tranquilo para la familia en USA y en Colombia.

Amazing group went above and beyond to get my spouses ashes expedited during the Christmas holidays and did a wonderful job helping with all of the arrangements between the hospital and the funeral home. Has great communication skills and was able to get the necessary documents from outside of the country to do all of the necessary functions. Amazing team they work well together and provide excellent customer service and are very courteous and understanding. Everyone is very comforting and loving on you during this most difficult time. If you ever have To use this service such as this during a time please consider this company and they are amazing.
