unproffesional I applied took me 1hr to fill out a whole (app) in Spanish never in 28 yrs have I had to do this, doral is full of Dominican & Venezuelan, so guess its ok Boss mentioned ppl quit all the time & he needed help hard workers not someone who will quit in year but only hires his kind not hard workers I have warehouse experience I have forklift experience I have car experience as tire technician but from the atmosphere everyone their is either Dominican or Venezuelan and the just stand around and conversate no work so he’s not looking for experience or hard worker he’s looking for a Dominican or Venezuelans to laugh with and then he wonders why they only last one year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING ITS 1 HR ALL IN SPANISH.
