Such a great customer service

I basically have the same issue as the reviewer before me.

After a week of accepting my payment, my order had still not shipped. I e-mailed customer service and was told it would cost an additional 60.45 to ship it on 6/21/2016. Note that I had to ask why my order was not shipped yet, rather than Only Hangers taking the initiative to tell me why my order had not shipped. I requested for my order to be cancelled, and received a confirmation of cancellation on 6/24/2016. I had not received my refund in a timely manner, so I followed up on 6/26/2016 to ask when I would expect my refund. I have not received my refund or a reply since then, it is now 7/5/2016.

I have also filed a corresponding complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please note that in order to receive a refund I had to REQUEST a refund and file a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

Edit: I received my refund on 7/7/2016, however it was lower than what I had originally paid in Canadian dollars because of foreign exchange difference. I decided to accept the loss due to the pathetic customer service.

Bought a heavy duty rack from Only Hangers and it was the best decision I made. This is a true heavy duty rack, not a cheap knock off that I’ve previously purchased online from another company. I need to redo my closet in the spring time and I will definitely be coming back to Only Hangers!

The worst of the worst. Took over a month to ship my order. Will not return telephone messages or e-mails. Order shipped after my final e-mail giving them three days to refund the money or I was going to reverse the charges on my card. I don’t need the hangers now, I went and bought them elsewhere. Oh Well, my mistake for not reading these reviews first.
