Opustone Stone and Tile Concepts

I went to visit Opustone already clear on what I was looking for and was met with a terribly rude and condesending man – Segundo Diaz. I must’ve explained exactly what I was looking for more than two times but he did not listen and simply kept providing me unsolicited advise. He walked away mid conversation and took a call while I was talking with little regard. Awful experience. Go down the street to MileStone. They are much nicer there.

We are currently in the process of redoing our home, and our designers suggested I go to Opustone. Barbara Cutino has helped us throughout the lengthy process and has had so much patience with us. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help us with our many questions. We are highly satisfied with her service, promptness and all of Opustone’s wonderful selections. We continue to come back and recommend our sales person to everyone we know.

My wife and I went to look for stones for a bathroom remodel and Barbara was more than helpful! She took time to explain the different applications of the stones and did excellent recommendations. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the quality of material that Opus Stone provides clients.

I am a home designer and builder. There isn’t one showroom that I haven’t visited between Palm Beach and the Florida Keys and Opustone is by far the best! They have a spectacular selection of stones, wall and floor concepts. All of their locations are impressive, beautiful and large but I prefer Doral because of their customer service.

My sales associate is Hector Hernandez and he is the best! He is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their inventory. He also has a great eye for aesthetics and design. He truly cares about making my clients happy. If you’re looking for someone who will go to any length to help you feel excited about your project, ask for Hector!

Best selection of Natural Stone, really nice and helpfull sales reps. Love to see all the stone, I could walk around all day and just look at all the beautiful slabs. Love this stone distributor.
