I have insurance with them everything was great until MICHAEL Graveran started neglecting my calls since I wanted to remove a trailer shortly after he was out of the office and the other agents since it was NOT their commission were NOT friendly at all THEY were rude unprofessional don’t bother dealing with these guys unless you want an unpleasant EXPERIENCED is sad to say but is the TRUTH !!!! STAY AWAY!! ALSO for my company insurance he would tell me hey I found you a low rate then I would call other companies and get a better price then Michael would tell me ok ohh yes and offer me a better price. What bothered me was that I should off been quoted the best price to begin with its not professional to change the price 4 times to keep the client when other companies gave me the best deals from the beginning !! I almost felt scammed he should off looked for ways to save me money from the beginning!! Also I was paying $214 for a bob y’all I added the trailer and when up to $317 and now that I took the trailer off I’m stuck paying $270 !! I’m telling you THEY ATE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
