Our agency has worked with OS Consultants since 2017. We find that they are very responsive and hands on. Rather than take cumbersome time on the phone trying to explain “how to fix the problem”, they opt to drop by that day and help us in person. We are contracted with them for their IT support of our network and utilize them on any IT project that arises. They are proactive in monitoring our systems and notify us before serious problems arise. Their help desk responds immediately. The extra services we have used them for include complete overhaul of all desk computers (they came and programed/switched out all computers), new conference room set up, server upgrades, SurfacePro set ups, and numerous remote accessing of our computers for miscellaneous trouble shooting. I recommend them, you won’t be disappointed in their professionalism and knowledge.
