After doing business with outfront media for a couple of years, I ended my business relationship with them very disapointed. They treat small businesses like garbage. I signed a contract with them with an offer of placing an add at one of their sheltters and when a bigger company requested my location, they offer it to them placing my add in a location they decided. This happened to me in two ocasions. I called the office several times and when I finally spoke with the supervisor Mark, he ignored my contract signed, and solved it by offering me a reimburstment. I ALERT SMALL BUSINESSES NOT TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH OUTFRONT MEDIA, they work against small businesses don’t let them fool you offering you free stuff is an strategy they use to engage you into accepting their offer and when a big company wants your location they don’t hesitate to give it to the companies that offer more.
