P.F. Chang’s

Interesting restaurant. It is on the expensive, decent food. I had a great experience with the food and prices. The environments are amazing.

I ordered the food at 1:49 it’s 4:04 the food still not here. I called and I was put on hold for 40 min, twice. Apparently the Manager is in the back cooking as well. If you are going to promise a certain time, complete on it. Un acceptable for a manager to not even talk to me. Horrible services, no update. Staff seems lost and over pressure and didn’t know what to say just kept saying let me put you on hold.

What a great night ! The manager, waiter, food runners, everyone on this team gave you the attention you needed. We had a group of 30+ , for a 40th birthday celebration, they let us decorate, set up for the birthday girl and create a great ambiance for her. Thanks for all the professionalism!!!

P.F. Chang’s at Dolphin Mall offers a really good dining experience. I liked everything about this restaurant as they were really well managed and had everything together. I like the inside of the restaurant as there is a lot of open space and provides a relaxed atmosphere. They were able to accommodate a larger party and get everyone taken care of very well. The food was well prepared and tasty as I was impressed with everything that I tried. This is one of the best P.F. Chang’s I have ever eaten at and it is worth a visit.

This is one of the places that being a chain keeps their high standards wherever you visit. This reflects on their consistency of their service, food and atmosphere no matter how visit the place is. We were a party of ten and everything run smoothly from the children plates arriving prior to the adults to the adults dishes served cook to perfection and hot of the wok.
