Panera Bread

Well I ordered take out salad and a 1/2 sandwich and took me 10 min to get back to the hotel and avocado was black. Seriously who puts that on a sandwich cause no way did it turn black in. 10-15 min

Horrible Customer service and the manager was disrespectful. I have never received this type of service from any Panera restaurant that I have gone to in the past, I waited for over 30 minutes for my food, and they didn’t even make it when I ordered it. To sum it all up, this Panera has horrible and terrible customer service. I am never coming here again. The name of the manager is Jennifer, super disrespectful and she has no management skills whatsoever😡😡

My wife and I usually go there after she get out of work around 9:45pm and almost everytime after you order a combo they tell you that they are out of bread. I understand one time or two, but always is unacceptable.

If you are charging a customer a full price for their meals it’s not my problem that you have a planning problem. The Manager is nonexistence in this store.

Things like this, little by little, will push your operation to failure.

I love the smoothies and bagels with cream cheese! Great service and the employees are always attentive! My favorite pastries, bagels so awesome! Panera Bread have a great menu! Always would get a chance too go with my family!

Love they’re lunch combos. Very filling and a lot of choices. I got the Tuscan chicken sandwich, vegetable soup and fruit cup. The place is nice andd neat.
