Party Rental Doral Events

Do not book with this company!!! Took my money, confirmed event, on day of no called no showed!! Do not trust this company.

Absolutely terrible experience! Not only did they not show up almost 6 hours late until the party was nearly over, they took my money and then blocked my number when I tried to be refunded!

Confirmed a drop off at 3pm, I called at 330pm asking where they were and they said they messed up the address and would by here at 530pm. They didn’t show up until almost 9pm and by then the party was nearly over!
Called two days later to request my refund, they said it would be 5-7 business days. I called back 8 business days later, they said they’d check and call me right back in 30mins and never did. I called once more 10 business days later wanting to talk to a manager and they said to call back in 1 hour and then hung up on me. Since then, they’ve blocked my number and refuse to call me back! AVOID THESE PEOPLE ALL COSTS! Will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud and theft.

Malísimo el servicio no lo recomiendo la fiesta era a las 4 de la tarde y me llevaro las cosas casi alas 3:24 pm y aparte tuvieron que ir al súper mercado a comprar el popcorn porque se les olvido llevarlo y se llevaron las sillas con ellos a esperarlos que regresaran del súper mercado pague 201.00 dólar el jump para los niños estaba sucio y con dos huecos las sillas blancas sucias y viejas la máquina de popcorn con popcorn viejo y sucia la llevaron cuando llame el dueño me mando un mensaje que si molestaba mas no me contestaba mas que falta de respeto uno reclama por lo que paga no le estoy pidiendo prestado pague por un servicio y exijo calidad no lo cancele porque faltaba poco para el cumpleaños y tenía invitados si no lo regreso por donde llego aparte no una disculpan dan por no leer los review me paso de coger un servicio de baja calidad

Horrible experiencia ,15 días antes les page 267.50 y les mande la dirección del local donde iva hacer el party de mi niña. Empezaba a las 4 pm y a las 5:30 los llame para saber que estaba pasando y me dijeron que llegaban en 10 minutos en conclusión llegaron a las 6:30 pm casi cuando el cumpleaños se estaba acabando , ademas el bounce que me trajeron estaba muy sucio y olor desagradable . No recomiendo este party rental No son profesionales , hay mejores opciones Y mi consejo no pagar por adelantado ….
