101 pct great experience. Totally satisfied with the service. I was led to the item that I needed by the cashier and, paid a fair price for it. 6 star service.

When renting with Uber they demand you be on time for your appointment otherwise if you are late they tell you there are no vehicles available although there are and once you reschedule you still wait over two hours just for another renter to return a vehicle so that you can rent it. They don’t communicate and tell you that upfront so you will sit and wait and don’t know why you’re waiting or how long you’ll be waiting. I do not recommend.

These guys are trustworthy and they know what they are doing. They are very polite and explain everything you need to know. Even though they can do stuff they recommended me to take my car to dealership because it is an electrical issue and it is better there. That’s trust there. I have been coming for last 4 years and not even a single time I have a complaint. This is what I expect from all other stores.

I like this Pep Boys, I have other close to my house but I prefer this one. Staff is friendly and helpful so why change. I use to by all my tires here, best prices in town, order online, schedule an appointment and just shows up at the store, fast and convenient. If the team see something else you should change in your car, they let you know with no pressure. They have also more items for your car at great prices.
