REAL HISTORY.I have a cafeteria restaurant in the north miami area I’ve been buying CAFE PILON FOR MORE than 6 years it turns out that the machine broke last week they send a technician to repair it they tell me first that the computer broke and they can not repair it because they do not have the piece either tank resistance. after calling several more times. The area supervisor ismael gonzalez calls me telling me that he can’t repair it or can’t change it BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE MORE MACHINES. This is the way that coffee pilon treats a loyal customer.
