Pinecrest Bakery – Sweetwater

I ordered on Uber eats. Breakfast was ruined because the order was so wrong when it arrived. After specifying no meat in the breakfast croissant, there was meat in the sandwich anyway. The guava and cheese pastelito only had cheese. Terrible

I was at this location today and had a very unfortunate experience, first when I got there they were only taking customers through the pickup window which is ok knowing the circumstances we’re going through except for the fact that there was a homeless guy sitting there and staring at me, which made me real uncomfortable and I asked the lady to please let me inside the bakery. Once inside, the lady who was taking my order wasn’t wearing her mask properly, she had one glove only on, and she was coughing with my food in her hand while the other employee was singing out loud through the bakery WITHOUT A MASK!!! Which is totally unprofessional , unconsidered and unacceptable!!! It’s risky and whoever owns this place needs to make sure their employees are being cautious around the food they’re selling. I’m not trying to cost anybody their jobs so I’m not gonna say their names or physical description!!! I just hope somebody sees this and takes immediate action!!!

Cake with Fungus is not acceptable. New year eve and wanted to eat something sweet and ended up eating cake with full of fungus. Unacceptable and unforgivable. Not sure if my stomach will be ok tomorrow. Employees have only thing to say is ” I don’t know” then tell who should know?

Unfortunately Google doesn’t have option to reply after response from owner. After facing this nightmare of Fungus Cake I wouldn’t dare to eat anything from this store so getting store credit is a Joke. Thanks but no thanks.

I really liked this Pinecrest Bakery location. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The service here is fast and efficient. They are very consistent in quality here.
