Vladimir Rivas helped our family find our future cars and was very friendly. His service towards customers is very good and he really wants you to go out the door happy. I really recommend working with Vladimir as he really cares about the customer and wants you to get the best deal !

Okay, employees were great. Ismael was very humble, honest, and straightforward. What I didn’t like was the system the dealer itself has established. It’s a first come first serve basis and not by appointment so if your a fan of waking up at the crack of dawn then this might work in your favor. I needed to purchase a part for my vehicle. It was not in stock so I ordered and paid for it at the dealer. Once it arrived I showed up the following day as soon as they opened at 7:30am to be the first one there. Went to the service advisor whom instructed me I had to go to the parts department to pick up the part first which opens half hour later at 8am but really they arrived at 8:15am, leave it in the car, then back to the advisor to let them know it’s ready. Like, do I really have to do the messenger work? Or can we do this by appointments? Their mission statement mentions making this a seamless process for customers. But the back and forth didn’t really feel seamless.

First time going today for a regular oil change/maintenance. Had to try a new Dealership. Wasn’t happy with the other one. The planet jeep was great!
Perfect customer service. Very clean and organized. And fast service 100% recommend

Seller Vladimir Rivas was absolutely horrible to me from the moment I told him I would not be buying a car on that day. I believe it’s quite rude and nasty to ask that to begin with as it is a big financial choice to be made and many cars to be seen.

He made it impossible to answer my questions, showed no interest, and didn’t even want me to test drive the car and asked me to “come back in the morning” after having driven 45 minutes to go see a car. All because he wasn’t getting his cut that night.

Shame on management for allowing this poor behavior. Besides, he spoke no English. Welcome to AMERICA.
