Positive Realty

So I rented a Miami condo last year that was managed by this company. My contact here was named Jose Munoz. This company is completely worthless. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Jose is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was supposed to send someone to fix everything in my condo the first week I moved in. He ignored my calls and emails for over a month. For over a month I was without a working dishwasher, fridge, sink and a partially working AC. I finally managed to get ahold of Jose and he gave me a major attitude like it was all my fault that he can’t do his own job. I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS WORTHLESS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!
Ps. I was just informed the owner of my unit fired this company for another reason not even involving me… That says a lot….
