I used home Precise Home Inspection Services twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. Their team is really knowledgeable, responsive, and cost-effective. Their inspection reports are completed in a timely manner and thorough. I highly recommend this company!!

We used Precise Home Inspection for 2 inspections, and they did a fantastic job. Our inspector, William E., was great! We used him for both inspections. He was very professional, on time, and had no problem answering our questions and walking us through what he found. We will definitely be using Precise in the future!

These guys are awesome. Gloria was my point of contact. She is very knowledgeable; she explained everything that we needed to know about having a house inspected in FL (we came from the northeast) and was able to quickly set up an appointment. William was our inspector, He did a very thorough job and explained all his findings, and answered all of our questions.
We ended up not buying that house, and we will definitely use Precise Home Inspection Services again once we find the right home.

It’s especially refreshing to have an actual living-breathing-thinking-feeling-considerate-responsive human-being like Gloria to work with, when dealing with the cold, careless, inhuman anti-human South Florida Insurance industry. Precise didn’t charge extra for the added work of having to present the paperwork five different ways to Sunday, with inane and trifling changes, as imperiously demanded by the bloodless zombie-bureaucrat at the insurance company.

I can barely put in to words how good of a decision it was to hire this company for my home inspections. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule during these hectic times. I’ve always been told that if you’re 15 minutes early to something that means you’re on time and Willie must have been told the same because he got to my inspection ahead of time after letting me know he would be arriving early. The inspector was very thorough with his work, very courteous and professional. Normally I would expect if I’m getting a good price on something I might have to sacrifice some quality, but with Precise Home Inspection Services the quality, the value, and the entire experience was worth every penny of their already reasonable price. All in all, I would recommend this company to any person that likes to pay a reasonable price for someone to do an outstanding job. Believe me, if I could’ve given more than 5 stars, I would’ve.
