From showing me the unit size right down to explaining each detail of the process and then helping me rent my units. They went above and beyond even taking my merchandise to the car for me. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Very nice manager Sara, bless her soul so patient… Had so many questions and even though didn’t like most of their policy but she was very honest and straight forward with everything!! It felt nice renting from someone who wasn’t trying to get me to sign up hiding a bunch of hidden fees

I made a reservation online and was contacted almost immediately by phone by Olga to confirm everything! When I called back, Sara answered and explained everything I needed to know.
On the day I moved in Sara was just wonderful-friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! In fact, every employee I encountered there was quite friendly!
Storage is just too high where I live, I am glad I made the trip to such a great location! 🙂

They don’t tell you about insurance over the phone and when you are there they force you to buy it
