The room was large and spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They also offered a wide selection of food to be purchased which was convenient since they could not serve breakfast due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall my stay here was two very big thumbs up! Especially to the guy who works graveyard who was super friendly and made the check in process easy. I currently have a broken arm and also was on a bike so without even having to say anything he made sure I got the closest room to me and that it was on the bottom floor!!! Thanks graveyard shift guy!

Of the hotel group including Sleep Inn and Comfort Inn/Suites, this was the least in quality and price in our experience. Free breakfast was nothing special and rooms were not as clean as the others in the group. Quite a distance from the airport but the $10 cruise terminal shuttle was less than Uber or taxi and convenient (9:30 and noon). comfortable bed, nice pool. Near Doral. Other choices are closer to airport and better values.

My family recently stayed here prior to going on a cruse and received VERY POOR customer service. When we called for the airport shuttle no one at the hotel answered the phone. Turns out it’s because the front desk staffed turned the ringer off ignoring all calls. Finally got to the hotel and the staff claimed there were no rooms available even though we already paid. We had to get our travel agency involved and even their phone calls were ignored. Front desk attendant was more focused on their personal phone and whatever was going on in the back room instead of doing their job.

Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. No bed bugs and clean sheets. That being said it was a Dirty Room, I mean really gross. We had no other choice because of Super Bowl LIV. It was better than sleeping in the airport or a tent, but not as clean. Do better Quality Inn.

Elevators did not work. We were on the 3rd floor. Got to breakfast with 45 minutes left but there was no good. Made several requests and finally was able to get something. Saw staff going into the back to get a banana but they told me they had no more. They said rooms were renovated but only new floors. Bathrooms are very outdated. Single pane windows so lot of car and traffic noise can be heard in your rooms. Staff is friendly. But, that’s about it.
