WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN ! I picked my couch out in store they didn’t have the color so the sales representative Carolina from the RANA OF PALMETTO 47ave . send me a very similar couch but not the one I seen in store ! Manager is trying make me pay a restocking fee when it was the employee FAULT ! Carolina was Then very rude .but I’m sure her commission check will still be to her ! Mind you we are in a whole pandemic with the CORNA virus and their just stealing people MONEY basically!!! Do not shop here manager are not for the customer more so helping the sales representative Cover up with her mistake.

Before I had a good opinion but needed customer service for a misunderstanding in a purchase and the representative did not know anything about it! and rather to attend to me, I attended the store manager palmeto

I had a great experience with customer service. I was glad that I was attended by Valentina. She was very professional and nice to me. I will definitely buy again at Rana Furniture.

placed an order on-line Sunday, they called me the next day to confirmed my order…once i called them back to confirmed no one had an Idea of anything. Two days calling and given the runaround ,they finally transferred me to the customer service manager “caridad” just to find out her voice mail was full. This place is a joke! I Will never make the mistake of dealing with this place ever again, Not even worth of one star. I canceled the purchase they could not find with my credit card and took my business elsewhere.
