I was considering purchasing a Groupon so I called to get additional information. I found out that it is only by reservation, to make sure I reserve the date before buying the Groupon. So I called 3 weeks in advance and reserved the date for 4. The guy, I believe Jorge was his name, told me that it is better to buy through them than Groupon and he would give the same rate, I would just need to pay up front. He was suppose to call me the next day to get payment but never did. Then he sent a message saying he would call the next day, but didn’t again. The date came and went and no one ever got back to me. I’m assuming because maybe my group wasn’t big enough. Think they were holding out to see if they would get a bigger group, to make more money than my little group of 4, with a Groupon. It was messed up, but it’s cool. Thankfully, it was going to be a surprise for my sons, so they weren’t let down by not being able to go. So if you consider booking with a smaller group, make sure you have a back up plan in case they bump your group for a bigger group.

Good luck getting somebody to answer the phone. We called multiple times to try to make reservations, finally after the 5th call somebody answered only to tell us to call back later. We should’ve checked the reviews before we even bothered calling.

Great place for soccer rain or shine…Very friendly staff

I bought a “lazerball experience” for my son from Groupon for this place. My son was never able to do it because when we got to the place they say is only by appointments depite the fact that in the Groupon it doesn’t mention anything about making an appointment (not even in the fine prints). I later made the appointment for Saturday 7/28/2018 (which was a week later). When I got there on my appointment date, my son still couldn’t play the “lazerball” because they never found our reservation. Even though I explained the guy that we had made for Saturday he did nothing to accommodate us and dismissed us in a VERY RUDE MANNER. The customer service of this place is one of the lowest and WORST I have ever experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone! I asked Groupon for a refund and will NEVER come back here again.

Super fun place…call ahead to make sure there are playing your game! Really nice staff and Air Conditioning!!
