AMAZING place! First time in a CrossFit Box and I just loved it from the beginning! From the coaches (Beto and Lorena) to the music, the instruments, everything is perfect.

They made it so easy for me to begin and pushing myself.

Best place, best coaches, friendly environment with everything in one place. This is definitely the most complete Fitness Center that I ever have been. My body changes dramatically since I started at RFC. Totally recommend for anyone they have CrossFit, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( adults and kids ) After School Program, Smoothie Bar and shower. THE BEST
