R&M Towing and Recovery

I got my semi truck towed couple of days ago … the guy jackknifes his truck into mine and damaged my frame , rim and tire as well !!!! I called my lawyer and i’ll see them in court. I donot recommend this place to anyone !

They stole the car battery as well as money that was in the car! And this was a tow company the cops called at the scene which is insane to me. BE CAREFUL

This company is full of criminals with no education nor common sense at all. They towed my car from my parking space in my house because one tire was touching the grass, which I believe is my property since I pay for it. They just do whatever they want to charge you money. My neighbors called me and I went out in seconds and he charged me $100 to leave my car 2 meters from my house where it was parked. It is so sad to be harassed by companies like this. Unbelievable that we find ourselves under this criminal organization of towing to get money out of your pockets! They have towed every single car of my neighbors for any reason that the may find logic under their almost inoperative brain.

At 10pm had a flat tire, unable to move my vehicle moved It into a tire shop closed at the time located on west 29 st left a note that I was unable to move the car and to call me first thing in the morning to fix the tire. Towing company still towed my car I guess common sense is not so common. When I said to them if i left the car with a flat tire in a tire shop door does that mean something? Is incredible how people just want to make money in dishonest ways with lame excuses both shopping owners and towing company very disappointing

They took my wifes car from Pio Pio when she was at Zayas Formal Wear. Pio isn’t open yet and Zayas said I could park there. They even have an agreement with each other. Then dispatch has the nerve to tell me Zayas called it in. There was no charge course. Hoped they hooked up our AWD correctly aka flatbed but I doubt it.
