Roadway Towing Recovery & Transportation

Service was contacted via my auto insurance. My front bumper had paint chipped off because the driver carelessly removed the strap and metal clasp. A damage claim was filed against them. Eric called my personal number without my claim adjuster knowing. He was rude, terrible attitude, and very unprofessional. I contacted my insurance immediately following his call because he lied when I asked if they were aware of him calling me directly. End result: he/company denied the damage. All I had were pictures taken after the damage. Thanks to them my clean streak ended. This was my only bad experience with towing ever.

Advice: take pictures before and after the service only if this is company is your last resort.

They cancel the service, i wait 2 hours, and then i call back and the lady on the phone says i cancel the service, then i call back and the same girl put me on hold for 40 min, great service

They came and got me in a pinch. I was far outside the radius and they made an exception when no other company would. Little pricey but understandable given the circumstances. Night time dispatcher was very nice and actually called to make sure I was OK. Would recommend.

Ridiculous!

I had to have my 44 ft motorhome towed due to mechanical breakdown. It was a very complicated tow that required the removal of the steering shaft and generator exhaust to get to the frame. It also required removal of the driveshaft to prevent transmission damage. Driver Ernesto on Truck 33 was very professional and took the time to secure my vehicle for the 75 mile tow. He reassembled everything at the repair facility. I was very impressed.
