Armando and the whole crew helped out very quicky. One of our trucks destroyed our door leaving us with no way to close up at night and they came the same day and were able to close the door and then return the next day to repair.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, whoever replied from the company to this review claims that this review is for the wrong company. This is the correct company 100%. In order to prove that I am not just posting a fake review, or for the wrong company, I have attached a picture of their door tag from one of the overhead doors.

Update 5/16/2017 – Now they removed the claim that this review is for the wrong company after i posted a picture of their door tag. Completely dishonest people.

STAY AWAY! INSTALLED 8 DOORS WITH THEM,WORST DECISION EVER. Those guys never pickup the phone, do not follow up with their promises and are basically, typical “We will be nice until we get paid” South Florida company.

They have installed 8 overhead doors. After one month, all doors got scuffed. We had to spend months and over 50 phone calls to get them to replace the doors, according to them, it was a “manufacturing defect”.

Two months ago, one of the door got damaged due to a driver that did not pay attention. We have called them trying to get an estimate to replace the door. It took us over 20 different attempts, 5 voicemails and 2 email to the owner to get an initial response. They have promised us to order the door and to follow up the next day with ETA. They didn’t.

20 phone calls attempt later, we got a hold of them again and they have promised to come and install on the following Wednesday, they did not show up, nor return our calls prior to the installation date to confirm.

After that date, we could not longer get a hold of anyone. We were never rude or disrespectful with this company, but for some reason it seems like they are selectively picking up phone calls.

Please use google street view with their address to see what a tiny operation that is, and when you combine it with a non existent customer service, I would stay away from them. There are many other companies that appreciate their business.

Now we are stuck with a damage doors, I will try to find other reputable companies that have the parts for this specific door. Big mistake going with them!!!

I have warranty issues and no one answers the phone or returns calls.

Very professional. They fixed my broken garage door springs and even took time to service the motor, chain etc. All of this for exactly half the price the other company I contacted charged. The response time and quality of job was incredible !

My shutters were completely locked. I called many companies and all tried to convince me that my only choice was to buy new doors.
With rollingdoor you had a quick response, an affordable price, my doors running in two days and, most importantly, quality as new.
